| Event: Wildflower Walk

With spring here in full force, many species of wildflowers are starting to bloom. Join Calkins Nature Area staff members at the Hardin City Woodland for the annual Wildflower Walk this Saturday, April 22nd. The walk will start at 9 am and end at 11 am. Hardin County Conservation and former Ellsworth conservation technology instructor, Nancy Slife, will be hosting the event.

For those that do not know how to get to the Hardin City Woodland, Calkins Nature Area staff members will be meeting in the parking lot of the Ellsworth Equestrian Center at 8:15 am on the 22nd to guide everyone to the woodland area. We will be leaving at 8:30 from the equestrian center.
